Both lunar cycle and solar year are fairly constant although very minor variations occur in 1000s of years. In this calendar set by God we need to just add the extra (leap) days of the 13th lunar cycle to the 12th (last) month, after 1 year and then for 3 times after every 2 years to complete an 11 year cycle of 4 leap years. Then add the extra (leap) days of the 13th lunar cycle to the 12th (last) month, after 1 year and then for 2 times every 2 years to complete an 8 year cycle of 3 leap years. So adding these two (11+8) we get a leap year cycle of 19 years of 7 leap years which is being repeated. By calculating 365.24219 (solar/tropical year length) ×1982 = 723,910.02058 ~ approximated as 723910 and then to be divisible by 7, it should be 723912. Thus 2 days more to the same day in the Christian calendar year 2017 CE (35CE + 1982 CE), should be the first day of the week. Thus 2 days more than 18/1/2017 CE , that is 20/1/2017 CE ,which on gregorian calendar is from 6 pm on 8/4/2015 to 6 pm on 9/4/2015, which is a saturday. Thus Sabbath day- 7 th day of the week according to Christian calendar will always be from 6 pm friday to 6 pm saturday on gregorian calendar.
First day of month is taken as the new moon day and if the New Moon time is after 6 AM each day then the First day of month will start from 6 PM that day itself and if the New Moon time is before 6 AM then the First day of month will start from 6 PM on previous day. In Leap years the days of the 13th New Moon are added to the 12th month.
